REQUEST A CONSULTATION
Office visits are available Thursday through Sunday in Bedford NH. Home visits are available within a 45 minute travel distance from the center of Bedford (3 Meetinghouse Road). Telehealth is an option for appointments not requiring hands on care. Telephone consultations are also available for simpler concerns.
To request an appointment, please click on the type of appointment that you would like below, and I will return your message to confirm availability within 24 hours. Your appointment is not officially scheduled until you hear back. It is not abnormal for all available appointment slots to fill, so please request an appointment as soon as you know that you would like one. If none of the available times work for you, or if you would like to request a weekend office appointment, please send me a request via email.

For clients with Cigna PPO, BCBS PPO, Anthem PPO, or a subsidiary of any of these companies- insurance coverage may be available at no cost* to you through The Lactation Network. The Lactation Network is a billing program through Ashland Medical. They bill your insurance company, and then use a portion of what they collect to pay me. For clients with these insurance carriers, please click here, complete the form, and then come right back to select the appointment that you would like to schedule below. You will hear back from The Lactation Network with confirmation of coverage within one day. There is no copay and no deductible. You will never receive a bill if you use this service- even if your insurance company denies the claim- The Lactation Network will ALWAYS cover the cost. (*for home visits there is still a $35 house call fee per appointment up to 30 minutes away, or $45 for appointments 31 to 45 minutes away)
If you choose not to use The Lactation Network, or if your insurance carrier is not an affiliate with them, then payment is due in full at the time of the consult, and you may seek reimbursement for the services afterwards. Many insurance companies will reimburse (Tufts, BCBS, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim), but not all will (United, Anthem, Medicaid, Tricare). If reimbursement is important to you, please check in with your insurance carrier about your plan prior to scheduling- requesting GAP coverage may help. I can not guarantee reimbursement and I will not refund non-reimbursed fees. For anybody seeking reimbursement, I will provide a specialized invoice to submit to insurance following your appointment with me: the procedure codes are 99404 and 99203.
I accept FSA & HSA cards, cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Venmo, and PayPal. If lactation or infant feeding assistance is still needed after all other options for assistance have been exhausted, but private care is not covered by your insurance, and is out of reach financially, please let me know and we can work something out- whether it is a reduced fee, a payment plan, or a barter. Financial limitations should not inhibit access to quality care.
